44bd Terms & Conditions — Your Rights, Our Rules

Section 1

Introduction

Welcome to 44bd. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 44bd ("44bd", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 44bd platform, including all betting, casino gaming, promotional, and account management services available at https://44bd.im ("the Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 44bd. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional or bonus-specific terms, the promotional terms will apply to the specific matter in question.

Section 2

Eligibility

To register and use the 44bd Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 44bd enforces a strict minimum age policy of 21+ in accordance with responsible gaming principles applicable to the Bangladesh market. Players under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the Platform in any capacity.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not acting as an agent for or on behalf of any third party.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order or equivalent restriction placed by 44bd or any other gaming platform.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or agent of 44bd, nor an immediate family member of any such individual.
• You have not previously had an account terminated by 44bd for breach of these Terms or any fraudulent conduct.
• You are using your own personal payment methods — you may not deposit or withdraw using payment methods belonging to third parties.

Section 3

Account Registration

To access the full range of 44bd services, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to all 44bd accounts:

3.1 One Account Rule

Each individual may hold only one active account on the 44bd platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 44bd reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets or casino rounds, and forfeit any bonus balances held across those accounts.

3.2 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your 44bd account, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and any payment method details. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 44bd will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access was made possible by your failure to keep credentials secure. 3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

44bd operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at any time, and particularly prior to processing withdrawals above threshold amounts:

• Government-issued photo ID — National ID card, passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of address — A utility bill, bank statement, or official document showing your name and residential address issued within the last three months.
• Payment method verification — Screenshot or confirmation of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account used for deposits.

44bd reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing until all requested KYC documents have been reviewed and accepted.

Section 4

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

44bd processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. Available methods may change from time to time; the current list is displayed in the cashier section of your account.

4.2 Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit is ৳200. No maximum deposit limit applies unless specifically stated for a promotional offer.
• Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account review.
• 44bd does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once the funds have been credited to your 44bd account balance.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Withdrawals below this amount will not be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been used for a prior deposit on the same account, unless the method is no longer available and an alternative has been verified by 44bd support.
• 44bd aims to process withdrawal requests to mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) within 24 hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days.
• 44bd reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Failure to complete verification may delay or suspend the withdrawal until documentation is provided.
• Withdrawal requests may be declined if the account holds outstanding bonus funds subject to wagering requirements that have not yet been met.

Section 5

Bonuses & Promotions

44bd offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the individual promotion terms. Until the full wagering requirement is met, bonus-derived funds are not withdrawable.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. Welcome bonuses apply to first-time depositors who have not previously held an account on 44bd.
• Players who have self-excluded or are subject to deposit limits may be ineligible for certain promotional offers at 44bd's discretion.
• 44bd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture and account closure.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds that have not been wagered in accordance with the applicable requirements within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the account balance automatically. The standard validity period is 30 days from the date the bonus is credited unless otherwise stated.

Section 6

Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Placing Bets

All bets placed through 44bd are final once confirmed by the system. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all bet selections — including stake amount, selection, and market — before confirming. 44bd cannot reverse a confirmed bet under any ordinary circumstances.

6.2 Odds and Market Suspensions

44bd reserves the right to suspend any betting market at any time without notice, including during live in-play events. Bets accepted before a market suspension are valid unless they fall under the void bet conditions described in Section 6.3. Odds are subject to change up to the point of bet confirmation; the odds displayed at the moment of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.

6.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void and the stake returned in the following circumstances:

• The event to which the bet relates is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed and not completed within 24 hours of the original scheduled start time.
• The bet was placed at incorrect odds resulting from a manifest error or technical fault on the part of 44bd.
• The bet involves a participant who was not eligible to take part in the event at the time the bet was placed (e.g., a suspended or injured player listed in the line-up in error).

6.4 Casino and Live Casino Games

All casino and live casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer activity overseen by licenced game providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, Spribe, Microgaming, and NetEnt. 44bd does not control individual game outcomes. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino round, the round outcome will be determined by the game provider's system and 44bd will credit or debit the account accordingly once the result is confirmed.

Section 7

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 44bd platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraud and misrepresentation — providing false personal information, impersonating another person, or using stolen or fraudulent payment methods.
• Bonus abuse — creating multiple accounts, exploiting promotional terms, or colluding with other players to manipulate bonus conditions.
• Automated betting tools — using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the Platform without human input.
• Collusion and match-fixing — acting in concert with other players, or with participants in sporting events, to gain an unfair advantage or to manipulate the outcome of any bet.
• Exploitation of system errors — knowingly placing bets or playing casino games during a period where a technical error or software fault is providing unfair advantage, and retaining winnings generated as a result.
• Underage gambling — allowing or assisting a person under the age of 21 to access or use your 44bd account.
• Money laundering — using 44bd to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds for any purpose other than genuine recreational gambling activity.

Section 8

Responsible Gaming

44bd is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide a suite of tools that allow players to manage their gambling activity and seek help if needed. The following tools are available to all registered players at any time from the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your 44bd account.
• Session Time Reminders — Receive on-screen notifications after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period — Temporarily restrict your account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days) without permanent closure.
• Self-Exclusion — Permanently close your account and exclude yourself from 44bd for a minimum period of 6 months. Self-exclusion requests cannot be reversed before the exclusion period ends.

Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written consent from 44bd.

Game content, including titles, graphics, and mechanics, provided by third-party suppliers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is subject to their individual licensing terms.

Section 10

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 44bd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, revenue, or data resulting from betting outcomes, game results, or technical failures.

• Any loss resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms, including loss of account access or forfeiture of funds due to breach.
• Losses caused by third-party payment provider delays, bank processing times, or mobile wallet service interruptions.

44bd's total aggregate liability to you under any circumstances shall not exceed the total value of funds held in your account at the time the claim arises. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based.

Privacy & Data

44bd collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of the overall agreement between you and 44bd. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, 44bd uses your personal data to: verify your identity and age; process deposits and withdrawals; comply with anti-money laundering obligations; provide customer support; and communicate promotional offers where you have opted in to marketing communications. 44bd does not sell your personal data to third parties.

Amendments to These Terms

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting support.
